The proteomics division at TTCRC focus on clinical proteomics application. We develop and establish methods to investigate clinical phenotypes in system-wide and unbiased manner. To achieve this we develop start-of-the-art MS based proteomics pipeline which is stable, rapid, robust, and highly reproducible. We established a high-throughput sample preparation workflow that process 384 samples in one go in a day.We aim to comprehensively profile peptides and proteins that are present in clinical samples such as human tissues and body fluids. Our investigation focuses on discovery and preclinical validation of novel diagnostic markers for disease progression, drug response and residual diseases monitoring. Ultimately we aim to bring MS based proteomics derived test in the clinical laboratory for clinical decision making.

Currently we are establishing cost-effective methods to allow ultra-deep proteomics investigations in clinical samples. Further we are building machine learning pipelines that automate the sample handling, measurements, data analysis and visualisation.
